Structure change, Google is now just be a subsidiary

Google experienced a big change on August 10, 2015 yesterday. Google is an internet search giant, now under the auspices of the new company, Alphabet.

As quoted from the Tech Radar, Larry Page officially announced that Google will be become part of a company called Alphabet. But why does this happen?

Google is now led by Sundar Pichai, will focus on Internet search and related services, including Android, Chrome, Google Photos, Google Now, and Youtube. While Larry Page and Brin surgey will oversee the business in the company Alphabet.

Larry Page explained that Google still fine. Former Google CEO's feel the change would be more clean and accountable. Larry Page himself will act as CEO of Alphabet, while surgey Brin as president of the Alphabet.

This does not mean Google will disappear. Only Google has a new board in the top leadership. While Larry Page and Brin Google's focus on larger aircraft, namely Alphabet.
