Dez Bryant has a gentle Eagles warning for DeMarco Murray
Day 1 of NFL free agency may be in the books, but one of the league’s biggest stars is still without a home.
With DeMarco Murray still on the market, several teams reportedly are showing interest in the standout former Cowboys running back, including their NFC East rivals, the Eagles.
Eagles defensive back Malcolm Jenkins is using social media to bring the NFL’s leading rusher to “the dark side.”
Naturally, serial tweeter (and newly franchise tagged) Dez Bryant caught wind of Jenkins’ plea, issuing a stern warning to Murray about flying the coop to the City of Brotherly Love.
Murray is more than willing to test the waters, considering Jerry Jones and Co. prioritized Bryant’s deal over his in the offseason. He even deleted references to the Cowboys in his Twitter bio on Tuesday morning, apparently irked by the lack of contact from the team.
And while the star wideout rants all the way to the bank — about $12 million richer — it’s possible the Cowboys’ premier running back won’t be on their sideline come kickoff.
Your move, Murray.
