Being a workaholic

Monotonous life
Daily routines are monotonous it can make you exposed to stress. Often monotonous because things will make you feel bored. Therefore, if you feel that the lifestyle that you live a boring, be creative. Make it something that can make you feel happy.
Lack of sleep
