Want to improve brain memory? Try climbing a tree!

Want to improve brain memory? Try climbing a tree!

Come on, who as a child likes to climb trees? Alternatively, it may still be your hobby done up to now?

According to researchers from the University of North Florida, climb trees or walking on plank beams can improve cognitive skills, including memory.

In this study, the participants were asked to perform one of the two activities. Two hours later, when they were re-tested, the researchers found that their working memory capacity has been increased by 50 percent.

Results were assessed as increased very dramatically. If you do not have a large tree that can be climbed or beam footbridge at home, the researchers suggest to you to try parkour.

The activity was considered to have the same effect as when you try to climb a tree or walking on catwalks beam.
