This is the easiest way to lower blood sugar and cholesterol!
A recent study conducted in the UK found that standing is much healthier than sitting. Although this is not the first study to investigate the harmful effects of sitting for too long, the researchers managed to take some interesting conclusions.
The study involved 800 participants, and the researchers found that the stand can help lower blood levels of sugar, fat and cholesterol.
According to reports indiatimes.com, stand two hours a day can reduce blood sugar levels by 2 percent and triglycerides about 11 percent. Standing also can increase levels of good cholesterol known as HDL.
Based on this study, the researchers conclude that physical activity such as walking has a very good influence on the body.
If you do not have time to go to the gym, try to stand in the place of work for a while or do housework with stand. And try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day to support physical fitness.
