Chinese gamers finally permitted Main PS4 & Xbox One

For 15 years, the Chinese government banned all forms of gaming consoles into the country. Now, the ban was officially lifted. That means, the Bamboo Curtain country of origin gamers already can play PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U.

Such as the Wall Street Journal quoted applicationup, Wednesday (29/07/2015), the Minister of Culture of China in his statement said that the company, such as Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft can now freely sell in various regions in China.


The prohibition against gaming console actually start loosened by the Chinese government since 2014 ago. At that time the game console manufacturers Sony and Microsoft kinds gradually began selling its flagship console device respectively. Even so, sales can only be done in the trade zone of Shanghai.

Now, with the abolition of the ban on gaming consoles, not just the producers could sell, they could set up an assembly plant in order to better marketing strategy again.


"This is very good news for us," said a spokeswoman for Sony. While other console manufacturers such as Microsoft and Nintendo have not issued a statement yet.

So what actually happened? Back in 2000 ago, the Chinese government never officially announced if it prohibits the sale of game consoles because it was feared would ruin the future of children in the country. Kids so would waste time just to play games.
